Paula Bach
Paula M. Bach, Ph.D.
Dr. Paula Bach is Principal User Research Manager at Microsoft, where she leads a team that studies web behaviors — such as shopping, research and entertainment — across devices. Her team also studies how Microsoft can engage people in unique mobile experiences. Dr. Bach received a B.A. in English and Psychology from The University of British Columbia, M.S. in Rhetoric and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University and Ph.D. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State, specializing in Human Computer Interaction.

Jon LozanoJon Lozano, Ph.D.
Dr. Jon Lozano is Senior Advisor to the Dean at the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences at Johns Hopkins University. He is responsible for strategic planning, communications, and operations within the School and represents the Krieger School and Dean to various internal and external stakeholders. Dr. Lozano received a Master of Education and Juris Doctorate from Penn State and a Ph.D. from Indiana University – Bloomington.

Craig Jackman
Craig Jackman is Vice President, Human Resources, Global Integrated Supply Chain, for W.R. Grace & Co., in Columbia, Maryland. He is responsible for development and implementation of global HR strategies to support over 2,800 employees. Mr. Jackman is also responsible for providing HR leadership for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and oversees the global labor and employee relations strategies for the company. Prior to joining W.R. Grace, Mr. Jackman progressed through positions with increasing responsibility and leadership roles in human resources with E-Systems (now Raytheon), Frito-Lay, Stanley Black and Decker, and Kennametal. Mr. Jackman received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State and has been actively involved in alumni organizations and committees in support of the University’s mission.

Stephen Korzeniowski, Ph.D.
Dr. Stephen Korzeniowski, Founder, BeachEdge Consulting, LLC, which provides Fluorotechnology Chemical Industry consulting for small and large international companies. Other available expertise includes project management, strategy development, business transformation, alternatives assessment, and technology repositioning. Prior to his retirement from The Chemours Company/E.I. Du Pont De Nemours & Co., Inc, Dr. Korzeniowski was Global Technology Manager, Surface Protection Solutions. He received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State.

Melanie McReynoldsMelanie R. McReynolds, Ph.D.
Dr. Melanie McReynolds is a HHMI Hanna Gray Fellow and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Princeton University. Her research focuses on how the molecule NAD+ is produced and consumed, in order to clarify, and someday counter, its link to a wide range of age-associated disorders. Dr. McReynolds received a B.S. in Chemistry and M.S. in Molecular Biology from Alcorn State University and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State.

Sharon MelzerSharon Melzer, Ph.D.
Dr. Sharon Melzer has expertise in criminology, transnational crime, and illicit trade. Currently, Dr. Melzer is a Strategic Policy Specialist with FinCEN, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She is also an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University and holds an Affiliated Faculty/Senior Fellow position with George Mason University’s Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center. Previously, she was a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State, an adjunct faculty member at the National Defense University, and an Assistant Professor at the State University of New York – Plattsburgh. Dr. Melzer received a Master of Public Administration, B.A. in History and B.A. in Administration of Justice from Penn State and a Ph.D. in Justice, Law and Society from American University.

Becky Savikas
Becky Savikas is the Global HR Business Partner for Automotive OEM Coatings, Packaging, Specialty Coatings Materials and Procurement at PPG Industries. She is responsible for a global team of HR Business Partners focused on delivering leadership development, engagement and inclusion, talent management and organizational design for the various business units she supports. Prior to this role, Ms. Savikas led a $37 million global HR transformation project for PPG which involved redesigning the HR operating model, standardizing core HR programs and practices and deploying enabling technologies. She came to the transformation role after serving one year as the HR Director of U.S. and Caribbean Stores and Dealers for PPG. Previously, Ms. Savikas worked at Eli Lilly and Company in various sales and HR roles spanning over 15 years. She received a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State.

Peggy Shipley, Ph.D.
Dr. Peggy Shipley is Assistant Professor of Nursing at Bloomsburg University, where she teaches in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Prior to her faculty appointment at Bloomsburg in 2016, she spent five years at Slippery Rock University in their RN and BSN program and School Nurse Certification. Dr. Shipley holds three Penn State degrees: a B.S. in Music Education, B.S. in Nursing and Ph.D. in Nursing.
